I am so glad you are here.

I’ve been a dietitian for over ten years. I am board certified as a diabetes educator (CDE) and nutrition support clinician (CNSC). I have experience treating children, adolescents, and adults in various inpatient and outpatient settings, both acute and long-term care environments. I currently specialize in eating disorder recovery, disordered eating recovery, overcoming compulsive exercise, and body image. I have experience with eating disorders, as well as other co-occurring disorders in a variety of practice settings, including inpatient hospitalization, partial hospitalization (PHP), and outpatient levels of care. I started my own nutrition practice in 2018, with a passion to help women discover that they are more than a body or a number on the scale.

I have realized that my true passion is helping women regain control of their life and trust in their bodies. I want to empower women to find food freedom and body respect, while ditching the diets, food rules, and body negativity. I will work with you to balance a life of wellness without obsession. I utilize a non-diet approach that incorporates principles from Intuitive Eating and Health At Every Size, combining evidence based therapies into my client-centered recommendations.

I look forward to working with you and developing an individualized plan to find food freedom. Which, in turn, may aid in healing other aspects of your life, such as your body image, digestion, sleep hygiene, and even hormonal regulation. I want to take you beyond what you eat to discover wellness in other facets of your life: improving sleep habits, joyful exercise, increasing energy levels, reducing stress levels, and enriching self-care.

I want to help you find peace with food. Because I have found that once you find peace with food, you can find peace in so many other aspects of your life.
